the weather was clear and the show was beautiful
Billy always puts on a great show and this one did not disappoint. The sound could have been clearer and it needed to be amplified on the lawn, as many could barely hear it. 45 minutes to get into the parking lot, 2 hours to get out. Security getting into the show was not consistent. Our group went into 3 lines, each with a gallon of water. One got in with it, one had to leave it, and one had to open it and pour it into cups. Because of the long lines to get into the arena, many people were not in seats or lawn before the show started. Show started on time, total energy throughout concert! Alpine Valley as a venue needs to work on its hosting of a show like Jimmy Buffet. They ran out of domestic beer an hour before the show was over. Love you Jimmy, see you next year!
